We are currently in the process of obtaining our sustainability certification. In our four holiday apartments, we consistently follow the "Reduce – Reuse – Recycle" principle and minimize our ecological footprint by prioritizing regional cycles.

Conscious measures throughout the house:

• Energy & Lighting: We optimize electricity consumption through LED lighting and smart, time-controlled outdoor lights. Our heating systems are adjustable per floor to ensure warmth is only provided where needed.
• Water & Solar Energy: Thanks to modern aerators in the showers, water filters in all taps, and dual-flush toilets, we use water responsibly. Our swimming pool water is heated eco-friendly using solar energy.
• Eco-friendly Cleaning: We focus on mechanical cleaning methods using dry steam cleaners. We exclusively use certified eco-friendly detergents and 100% recycled toilet paper and facial tissues (Eco Natural).
• Resource Conservation: We avoid unnecessary packaging and single portions at our buffet. Wellness slippers are provided only upon guest request to prevent unnecessary waste.
• Mobility: With the Guest Card, you can use many public transport services and mountain lifts free of charge – for a car-free holiday in the Dolomites.
• Behind the Scenes: Digital processes reduce our paper consumption, while sustainable management ensures efficient and resource-saving operations.
